Os 20kgs perdidos ao longo destes quatro meses estão distribuídos da seguinte forma:

1ºm- 7kgs
2ºm-5.6kgs
3ºm-3,6kgs
4ºm-2,8kgs
Vão ser uns difíceis 6kgs para perder...mas eu chego lá.
I think it's going to be a hard 6kgs to drop down...but i'll get there.
