The rebirth

Pois é, decidi reabrir este blog...

Em primeiro lugar porque fiz um bypass gástrico, e seria interessante divulgar o meu percurso até pré e pós operatório e porque apesar de há quase um ano não ter colocado nenum post há sempre alguém que cá vem fazer uma visita.

Neste momento estou a enriquecer o blog, tanto a nível visual como também a colocá-lo bilingue.

Ressuscitating the blog...

Because I did a gastric bypass, and I think it would be interesting to share my journey, pre and post operation, and because this blog still have a few visitors.
