Week update

O meu objectivo é 70 kgs e, não queria mesmo perder mais peso, porque eu já me sinto e aparento ter menos peso do que realmente tenho. E acima de tudo sinto-me muito bem como estou!
O cirurgião disse que não há controlo na perda de peso, ou seja o organismo é que dita quando é que devo parar de emagrecer, e que provavelmente iria para os 65 kgs e depois voltar aos 70 kgs, estabilizar, e que é assim que deve ser.
Vamos ver como corre...

My target weight is 70 kgs. I really don´t want to loose any more weight, because I already feel and look that I have less weight. Most of all, I fell great!
The doctor said that I have no control over the weight loss, meaning that my body is the one that can stop it. And that I probably will go to 65 kgs and then up to 70kgs and to stabilize. And this is how it should be.
Let´s wait and see how it goes...
